We are sad to report that Fr. Roger Davison, former Vicar of the parish, has died today, 24th April, at the age of 95 just four weeks short of his 96th birthday.

SERVICES
Every Sunday at 9.00 a.m. there is Morning Worship,  an informal all-age, half hour service in the Bedehouse
Bible readings, hymns, prayers, surprises!
At 10.15 a.m. is the Parish/Sung Mass, a service of Holy Communion in church with music, hymns and the choir.
Children present at this service are invited to leave at the start of the lessons to join a session of Godly Play in the Bedehouse and rejoin the service after the consecration.
Coffee/Tea afterwards in church .
 Second Sunday of the month 6pm Choral Evensong.

Mass is also normally celebrated weekly at 7 p.m. on Mondays (Meditation within a Celtic Mass)
7.30 a.m. on Tuesdays
9.30 a.m. on Wednesdays
10.30 a.m. on Thursdays

FR. ROGER DAVISON, our parish priest for many years, sadly died in hospital on Monday 24th March. He would have been 96 on Ascension Day.

PARISH MAGAZINE: the May Magazine is available at the back of the church. MOTHERS’ UNION meeting on Thursday 4th May at 2.30 pm in the Bede House is our May Tea. Tickets are available from Angela Tobin at £4 each.

'THROUGH THE SEASONS' CONCERT by the NN10 Community Voices in church on Saturday 6th May at 7 pm. Tickets £5, including refreshments, available from Pam, Diane Behagg or Georgia.

CHELVESTON: Andante Choir Concert in church on Saturday 20th May at 7.30 pm. A wide selection of music for all tastes. Tickets £7.50, to include a glass of wine, from 354810 or 624530.

FR ROGER is arranging a sponsored walk from Higham to Naseby from 25-29 May in memory of Ann & in aid of the MND charity. It is linked with the Archbishops' Thy Kingdom Come prayer initiative & is open to all, including any who would like 'to saunter' down Kings Meadow Lane after Mass at 9.30 am (note the time for that day) on Ascension Day, or onto Irthlingborough (coffee will be available in the Albert Underwood Room at the church). VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
• As stewards to man the church during the week so that it can be open to
visitors. There is a timetable at the back of the Church for volunteers to steward the Church at different times.
   
      
REMINDERS:
Coffee Morning every Thursday, 10 am to 12 noon, in the Bede House.

Parking in the Church Yard is for disabled badge holders only. The entrance to
the Church must be kept clear in case the emergency services need access.
